Meet Our Dentist
Dr. Testa
Dr. Testa grew up in Tulsa and has been a dental provider in Sand Springs since 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Science-Medical Science degree from the University of Arkansas and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
Dr. Testa then completed a General Practice Residency at Truman Lakewood Hospital in Kansas City. Dr. Testa practiced dentistry in New Zealand for one year following his GPR and has been working in Sand Springs since.
He loves being a provider in a small town, where he can connect personally with the patients and community. He prides himself on being compassionate and honest with patients and always respects their wishes and time.
Dr. Testa is passionate about building beautiful smiles and excellent relationships with his patients. As a member of the Seattle Study Club and Tulsa Study Club, he regularly pursues continuing education to offer the most up-to-date procedures and techniques in dentistry.

Lindsey
Lindsey is from Sand Springs where she currently lives with her family. She graduated from Charles Page High School in 2002 and The University of Oklahoma in 2006, with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has 20 years experience in dental hygiene. She is passionate in helping the community maintain a healthy smile!
Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, watching her son race BMX, traveling to new places and camping. She prefers staying active with any kind of outdoor fun, Crossfit and serving her Church, Foundation Church Sapulpa. She is excited to be working in her hometown and serving her community with up-to-date training and techniques for keeping your gums healthy while aiding in your overall health and wellness!

Amanda
Amanda has been a dental hygienist since 2012, when she graduated from Tulsa Community College. Before becoming a dental hygienist, she worked in surgery as a licensed practical nurse for 12 years at St John Medical Center. She truly enjoys the community feel she gets from working in Sand Springs. As a dental hygienist, she loves continuing to learn and likes to learn about natural options for health and wellness in conjunction with the traditional.
Amanda has 2 grown sons and lives out in the country with her husband. She loves the outdoors and being in the mountains, and hiking, kayaking and any kind of travel.
Meet Our Dental Assistant
Cookie
Cookie is a dedicated dental assistant who grew up in Sand Springs and has been with Dr. Testa since the opening of Main Street Dental 3 years ago. Cookie brings 34 years of dental experience with her. She is known for her warm smile and calming presence and has a knack for putting patients at ease.
Outside of the office, Cookie embraces a fulfilling life on her farm, where she has lived with her husband for 37 years. She finds joy in simple pleasures, including outdoor activities, baking, and sewing. Her passion for golf provides a relaxing escape. Above all, her favorite pastime is spending quality time with her family, including her two daughters and four grandchildren who keep her happily busy.
Meet Elisha
With 3 decades of experience in the dental field, Elisha is a valued and dedicated member of our team. Her passion for helping others is evident, not only in her professional life, but also in her personal one. She is a proud mother of 3 sons, Zach, Caleb and Cameron and 1 daughter Aubrie. She is completely devoted to her 3 granddaughters Stevie, Phoebe, and Selestine. Elisha has been married to the love of her life, Lyle, for almost 20 years and they enjoy a busy, joyful life with their beloved dog, Bella. In their free time, they love to hit the golf course and explore new places through travel.
